Please join us on Saturday, June 3, for our Veterans Appreciation Day Celebration at the Carolina Field of Honor in Triad Park, from 11-4. This event celebrates and honors all our Veterans, and we invite Veterans and their families – and everyone in our community – to enjoy a day at Triad Park, where we bring in three different musical groups, food trucks, games/activities for kids and families (bounce houses, face painting, etc.), military displays, a military museum, and lots more. This a great celebration with 3 different musical performances by the American Bombshells (a retro-Patriotic, “Andrews-Sister-style” trio of singers/dancers); Bryce Hensley (a rising country star and a professional baseball pitcher with the High Point Rockers); and Penny Candy (a 50s-60s rock & roll band), rotating on the main stage throughout the day.
