When: Every 1st and 3rd Thursday beginning April 6th from 1:00-2:30pm

Where: Charlotte Vet Center- 2114 Ben Craig Dr, Suite #300, Charlotte, NC 28262

Group Purpose: The group is designed to provide comfort in a women’s only environment to help address the complex obstacles that military women face. The group will consist of a variety of components from skill building to mindfulness awareness.

This is not a trauma processing group.
