Embassy Suites which is located next door to the Convention Center is the closest hotel. 

What is the cost to attend and what is included in the registration fee?

Attendees will pay $15 as an early bird until 3/10/23 and $20 after that. Registration includes admission to the event. Access to all General Sessions, Breakout Sessions and the Exhibit Hall.

What is the Payment Policy?

Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) are the accepted forms of payment. The credit card will be charged immediately upon registration.  

Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from National Conferencing, Inc. for your conference registration fee.  

Can I participate without registering?

You will need to register in order to enter and participate in the event.

What are the exhibitor move-in / tear down hours?

Exhibitor Move-in will be Friday 1pm - 5pm.

Tear down will be Sunday from 5pm - 8pm.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

10am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday

How are exhibitor booth assignments determined?

Please note that we are not utilizing a “first come, first served” method of booth assignment this year. This is due to certain sponsorship levels having priority selection of booth location included in their package. For those sponsors, we will reach out to you directly. Once we have finalized those top tier sponsorship locations, we will be able to assign the remaining booths. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the cancelation, refund and no-show policy?

Attendee Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be granted if your cancelation has been received in writing 7 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be issued in the 7 days prior to event or after event begins.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be granted if your cancelation has been received in writing 90 days prior to the start of the event. For refunds requested 60 to 90 days prior to the event, refund will be: 75% of amount paid. Refunds requested 30 to 60 days prior to the event, refund will be: 50% of amount paid. No refunds will be issued in the 29 days prior to event or after event begins.

What is being done to ensure attendee health and safety for this in-person event?

As guidelines evolve through 2023, we will provide updates to attendees as the event approaches. However, masks for the event are recommended but not required.
