Join Hope For The Warriors in our Virtual Memorial Day 30x30 Virtual Fitness Challenge, presented by AARP New York.
This 30-day challenge, from May 1 to May 30, was designed with two goals in mind:
Provide community, motivation and support as you reach your fitness goals with at least 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 days.
Honor and remember fallen service members that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
How the Challenge Works
Registration for this event is free, with the option to add-on a Challenge t-shirt, Sponsor A Warrior to participate, or donate to support HOPE’s mission.
Participants will log any type of physical activity for 30 days for a minimum of 30 minutes each day on our Challenge website.
HOPE will send out weekly emails on Mission Mondays and Focus on YOU Fridays, which will include motivation, stories of service, and wellness and fitness tips. Within our Facebook event page, we will honor a fallen service member each day of the challenge and you can connect and share your progress with our community. We are here to help you reach your goals while honoring and remembering the fallen.
