The NCWorks Career Center in partnership with The Harvest Center cordially invites you to participate in our 2nd Annual Career Fair on Tuesday July 30, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Movement Center located at 2225 Freedom Dr. Charlotte, NC 28208.

Last years' event drew nearly 150 job seekers! This year, we will once again host numerous employers/agencies to promote their company, internships, and career opportunities.

Please refer to the following itinerary to plan your participation for this fair:

· 8:20 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. -- Recruiter sign-in and booth set-up

· 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. -- Open fair format for prospective job-seekers and interviewing

· 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. – Post Evaluation for Employers

A prompt response will ensure you a booth reservation and maximum publicity of your participation.

There is NO fee for attending this event but we do ask that your company have an active employer account on www.ncworks.gov as well as job orders for any open positions you may be recruiting for. There is NO cost to register your account with www.ncworks.gov or to post jobs within the system.

I have attached a job order form should you require assistance in entering the job(s) into our system. Simply complete the job order form and email it back to me and I will enter the job(s) on your behalf. If you already have a job order in our system then there is no need to compete the job order form. 

Both your registration form and Job postings must be received no later than Tuesday July 23rd 2019 unless special arrangements have been made in advance. The earlier you reserve your booth, the more marketing we can do on your company’s behalf as we will be sending out promotional flyers to our customers letting them know which employers will be there.
