This 1 ½-day conference is designed for all disciplines involved in the family support of hospice patients. The topics are FRESH, FORWARD-THINKING and RELEVANT to your work. Also, take advantage of an opportunity to work with your peers in a Team Development Ropes Course activity on Thursday afternoon! We have a low ropes course and for the adventurous folks we have a high ropes course!
