Location: The Golf Club at Ballantyne Resort. (Located directly behind the Ballantyne Hotel off Rt 521

and Ballantyne Crossing Road).

Date: Wednesday May 8th 2019 Tee off at 8:30 AM

Type of Play: Captain’s Choice Format, 18 holes / golf cart included.

A single score is kept for the foursome. No handicap needed.

Entry Fee: Individual $135 - Team $540

Registration after April 10th: Individual $145 - Team $580

Awards include: Low team score, closest to pin, longest drive, putting contest

Breakfast, Catered Lunch, and beverage carts included.
