The Caregivers Mini Conference is designed to help professional and family caregivers of military service members and special needs military children address the challenges of being a caregiver, promote self-care, and provide a respite. Using research based learning activities, this program supports caregiver overall health and wellness. Topics include communication styles, self-care techniques, art and outdoor therapy, nutrition and fitness, financial management and more! FREE resources and childcare are included.
